Enhance daily IT operations.
Lead and coordinate the troubleshooting process.
Find opportunities to further optimize the IT infrastructure and operations.
Execute the strategic and midterm plans of IT.
Enhance Back up for System Administrators in critical technology areas.
Review and verification of technical documents created by the BA team.
Prepare documentation and reports including but not limited to manuals, test guides, project plans and work breakdowns.
Work in partnership with internal and/or external stakeholders to design, manage, test and seek agreement on development systems solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Coordinate with other teams to accomplish business requirements.
Develop and suggest recommendations for supporting implementation and continuous improvement to the team and department.
Another task will be assigned.

University Degree majored in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience.
Minimum 03 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
Having experience in securities operation and solving problems during operation.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS.
Good knowledge of design patterns, system architecture, and best practices.
Practical experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes Implementation.
Good knowledge of Window/UNIX/Linux operating system including troubleshooting and system hardening.
Knowledge about Devops, database is an advantage.
An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues.
Medium English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
Organized, deadline management in fast-paced working environment.
Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Lịch sử thành lập
- 07/2013: Khai trương cửa hàng đầu tiên tại Saigon Sky Garden (20 Lê Thánh Tôn, TP HCM) sau khi đã tái cơ cấu.
- 02/2014: Cửa hàng đầu tiên tại Bình Dương được khai trương tại Ký túc xá, khu B, Đại học Quốc gia Việt Nam.
- 06/2016: Đi vào hoạt động cửa hàng FamilyMart đầu tiên tại Vũng Tàu, thời điểm này số lượng các cửa hàng của FamilyMart đạt mốc 100 cửa hàng.
- 01.2019: FamilyMart Việt Nam vinh dự được nhận giải thưởng “Dịch vụ được yêu thích nhất (Most Favorite Service)” do độc giả của cẩm nang Kilala – Cẩm nang về văn hóa, du lịch Nhật Bản dành cho người Việt – bình chọn.
