Logistics Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, operation, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure the effective utilization of warehouse space and maintain an organized storage system.

• Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of goods and products.

Customs Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and customs requirements.

• Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.

• Liaise with customs brokers and authorities to resolve any issues related to customs clearance.

• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company procedures.

Transportation Coordination

• Schedule and manage transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.

• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and logistics providers.

• Monitor transportation costs and performance to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

Supplier & Customer Relations

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished products.

• Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the logistics operations.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in logistics operations.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Train and supervise operating staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role, preferably in a logistics environment.

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

• Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Age: 26-36

• Good Communication English (priority more Chinese/Campuchia)
