- Supervise a team of control tower operators/planners to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. - Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders such as Strategic planning team, analyst, Transport operation team, etc., for smooth execution of projects. - Provide support in resolving any issues or challenges related to delays or other work-related concerns. - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the centralized control tower operations to improve efficiency and productivity. - Work closely with other departments within DHL Group such as IT, Transport operation, etc., to ensure seamless coordination across different functions. - Participate in regular meetings with management teams to discuss performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years' experience working in a logistics/supply chain environment. - Experience working with tracking systems like TMS/WMS will be an added advantage. - Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent attention-to-detail. - Excellent verbal/written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure. - Working location: flexible location depending on business requirements.
