- Organize recruitment activities to attract candidate (if need), in charge for order and contact with supplier design poster, panels of HR Department if need
- Update the job vacancy and follow up approved headcount plan.
- Search and screen to select the most suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates for pre-interview assessment and arrange interview with related Head of department.
- Assess candidates' information, and check reference.
- Follow up with Head of department for interview, selection, and appointment with appropriate salary.
- Contact successful candidates to offer the job.
- Create talent pool, send email to rejected candidates, build up relationship with headhunters.
- Maintain the latest and legalization in employees' profile.
- Manage the fingerprint machine system.
- Prepare Weekly Recruitment Follow Up Report.
