- Maintain discipline with company rules and regulations.
- Participate in a weekly meeting with Merchandising team every Friday.
- Go through the weekly, monthly Development plan to understand the styles, capacity, machinery requirement.
- Do pre preparations for new styles plan and ready before receiving sample with resources, RM.
- Follow up and guide supervisors to achieve Daily sample Plan.
- Provide the New Style’s costing within 24h
- Do a Risk Analize before proceed sample.
- Attend PPM/ RA meeting and share information with team.
- Ensure style change happens within the standard change over time (Achieve QCO).
- Guide the production team for technical information.
- Resource management and balance work force according to plan.
- Coordinate with merchandise to get new orders to fill internal capacity.
- Coordinate with TDT to submit the sample on time/Highlight the risk for bulk & any especial requirements.
- Maintain department 5S Up to the standards.
- Sound coordination and communication with all the sections in the department.
- Closely work with Planning & production team to analyze future styles.
- Make a development plan for subordinates.
- Make sure all samples before sending review with technical & QA team.
