Introduction 

Are you passionate about content creation, social media, and employer branding? Join us as an Employer Branding Intern to help shape how talents perceive and engage with our brand! This role is ideal for creative individuals who are in tune with youth culture, enjoy storytelling, and want to build a career at the intersection of HR and Marketing.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and contribute directly to strengthening our employer image across multiple digital platforms, especially among university students and young professionals.

Responsibility

• Support the creation and publishing of content across company social media channels, including but not limited to: Recruitment posts (job openings), University partnership content, Event highlights, Announcements & emergency posts, etc.
• Develop creative, relevant, and trending content ideas aligned with the mindset of our target talent audience.
• Assist in building and maintaining the company’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Threads) to drive engagement and visibility.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to brainstorm and implement quarterly employer branding plans.
• Stay updated on social trends and digital behaviors of Gen Z, Gen Alpha and young job seekers.
• Propose content ideas or campaigns that help enhance the company’s employer image both online and on-campus.

Key skills and experience

• University students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
• Previous experience in content creation or social media management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trending content and the ability to catch up with youth culture and Gen Z behavior on platforms like TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Full-time internship availability is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio or examples of past content work (memes, videos, social campaigns) will be a plus when applying.
