THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for a fluent English-speaking IT professionals to join Structerre's IT team:
• Graduate /Junior IT Support role
• Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City office
• Time of work: From Monday - to Friday; 2 shifts/ flexible rotate shift
- 1st shift: 5.00 a.m - 12.30 am (Apr-Sep); 4.00a.m - 11. 30a.m (Oct-Mar) _Work from home
- 2nd shift:...DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing proactive first-level support for Five Group IT services, via prescribed support channels
• Perform basic triage on incoming IT tickets including:
- respond to staff within SLA times,
- gather basic information on tickets,
- prioritize tickets and reassign them to other IT staff when required.
• Follow the IT process in onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers.
