Work closely with the development team and the infrastructure team to plan and prioritize project backlog items and development for the product.
Coordinate with Scrum Master, Solution Architect, SRE, Engineers and stakeholders.
Strategize and present ideas and fulfill project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity about the strategy, requirements, timeline, adjustments, and progress.
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certification in Scrum Master/ Project Manager is a plus.
3+ years of Scrum Master/ Project Manager experience.
Proficient in agile software development, risk management, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of technical background in system architecture, coding, and IT infrastructure.
Facilitating scrum events as needed
Analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.Dynamic and flexible environment with positive teammates.
