- Manage and process reservations through various channels, maintain records, set room rates, and handle cancellations.
- Understand room types, locations, layouts, rates, packages, and credit policies.
- Prepare confirmation letters and communicate reservation details to the front desk.
- Manage cancellations, modifications, advance deposits, and future room availability.
- Assist with revenue forecasting, prepare arrival lists, and handle correspondence.
- Promote goodwill, assist with travel arrangements, and adhere to front office procedures and health protocols.
- Use upselling techniques to boost room revenue and comply with management requests.
