About the job:
Participate in all stages of product development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain server-side components using Java (J2EE, Jakarta Framework).
Create and enhance user interfaces.
Design, implement, and manage databases using Oracle.
Work closely with Japanese team members and business users to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the role.About You:
3-4+ years of experience in full-stack development
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Java (J2EE, Jakarta Framework).
Experienced with VueJS or other frontend development.
Skilled in Oracle database management and development.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with Japanese team members and business users. Fluency is not required, but candidates should be comfortable with basic communication.
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
