1. Performance Management
– Organize Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: Setting Goals, mid-year review, year-end review
– Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process
– Participate in the implementation of on-going improvement plan for whole process; standardize all kinds of forms and correspondence relating to the process
– Timely identify issues and propose remedies to ensure whole process is implemented properly and efficiently
– Support to gather performance evaluation document & analyse their results

2. Succession Planning
– Identify core competencies and technical competency requirements for each position
– Identify talent with critical competencies from multiple job grades
– Assess competency and skill levels of current workforce

3. Proposal Employee Benefits (new and revise)
– Plan, design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefit programs for company to attack & retain talent
– Standardize process and timely identify issues and propose remedies to ensure whole process is implemented properly and efficiently
– Participate in continuous improvement activities and implementation improvement/transformation project to increase productivity and effectiveness
– Establish, monitor, periodically review and evaluate HR’s policies, regulations, process in compliance with law

4. Employee Retention & Engagement
– Plan & organize Company events (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service Teambuilding,…)
– Process Employee Engagement survey & co-ordinate with other Department for action plan
– Support with the proposal of various change management strategies and intervention to improve employee satisfaction
– Plan, co-ordinate with vendors & organize annual Health Check
– Propose, plan & co-ordinate with vendor to process Health Care package and ensure all eligible staff get full insurance benefits container
– Uniform: plan, co-ordinate with vendors and related Depts to ensure follow Uniform process
– Data analysis and reporting
