1- Main duties:
* Order System Management:
- Receive PO from customer and post onto system.
- Cross check information on customer’s PO and connect with Sale Person to modify follow contract/company rule if any wrong.
- Maintain order status on system to ensure real-time information flow.
* Documentation:
- Be the connection bridge between Internal Operation and Sale Service to clarify required document as per customer’s request.
- Collect data from Sale/Customer Services Team to issue Shipping Instruction for every orders.
- Support to maintain contract information on SAP.
- Issue label for production run.
- Coordinate with QA team and Production team to revise shipping instruction.
2- Key skills and competencies:
- Experienced on order management, familiar to SAP is advantage.
- Have Knowledge about Logistics, INCOTERM.
- Very careful on paperwork.
- Adapt fast moving work environment.
