- Manage digital eco-system (Paid/ Owned/ Earned) with daily optimization.
- Build Digital Marketing Plan by season/month based on Marketing Campaign, with a focus on social media, search/display marketing and online advertising.
- Work closely with in-house team (Sales, CS, Product, Brand Comm) to execute digital marketing plan.
- Using analytics to plan, execute and optimize, improve cost per results for paid advertising.
- Maintain and optimize the e-com website with updated information from related team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.
- Collaborating with sales e-com team (Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok, PGI Online Store) to run the monthly campaign.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports.
- Manage and monitor agencies and other vendor partners.
