1. Manage the TF panel development team and drive efficiency

- Manage daily activities of the team

- Assign panel development tasks to all technicians following priority from PD

- Meet the panel development standard lead time for each project

- Ensure technicians are generating system sheets in a timely and accurate manner during the development

- Ensure technicians have good color sense and color vision.

- Review color panels and correct them before showing them to the TD or CDD

- Train technicians on finishing techniques and chemicals used for finishing

- Ensure 5S in the finishing work area

- Communicate with PD related to each project request and execute as per the commitment. Make sure all critical data is available before start finishing

- Update daily project status on the whiteboard and PD as needed.

2. WW readiness for the panel development

- Understand the PD request clearly related to WW

- Review WW before starting to finish

- Make sure WW type, thickness, texture, etc., match the PD request and line drawing. If not, work with the relevant departments to fix it.

- Communicate with the Prototype panel team related to the texture any characteristics need on WW.

- Ensure the panel preparation process for any new method is submitted together with WW panel from the prototype team.

- Make sure WW is available on time for all projects. Chase WW team to get it done.

3. “Finishing” completion on time

- Strictly follow up on priority

- Make sure technicians follow the finishing direction from the beginning of the project.

- Select the right product line/system sheet from the chemical supplier

- Execute any test panels as per direction from TD or CDD

- Communicate effectively with PD regarding any roadblocks or any delays

- Update daily status on the whiteboard

- Monitor technicians on the steps of each color development to avoid going wrong and committing mistakes.

- Manage all the equipment within the team effectively.

4. Panel shipping on time & maintain the panel library

- Ship panels on time with proper labels as per our internal rules.

- Communicate with PD on shipping dates and any delays if have.

- Manage the CMP, FMP, MCP and PDP panels library strictly following the internal rules

- Make sure 5S in the color lab and panel library area.

- Run the expired panel refresh process effectively

• Good communication skill in English
• Knowledge in NC, MPU, PU finishes with a good quality mindset, good color skills, Good management skills
• Knowledge in different finishing techniques.
