What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs as well as study the organizational processes, evaluate the business models to suggest new technological changes
- Performing data analysis and identifying the loopholes that prevail
- Elicit requirements using various techniques such as interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc.
- Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and properly translated into technical designs
- Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
- Conduct impact analysis of changes to business requirements
- Facilitate various project meetings such as kick-off, status, design, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Provide input to project plans and schedules
- Ensure that the developed system meets the business needs
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up-to-date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Supporting product owners through Scrum activities or playing the role of product owner when required

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant majors
- Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst would be a desire
- Excellent at English communication in both written and verbal skills
- Hands-on at least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst
- Solid understanding and knowledge of technical, system architecture, coding languages or database
- Advanced proficiency in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business flows/diagrams
- Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders, developers, testers and team leader
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development
- Familiarity with the use of Use Cases as requirements gathering/analysis tool
- Understanding test-driven development requirements
- Passionate about solving customer and business problems
- Experience with user story mapping and acceptance criteria definition
- Experience in performing end-user interviews, formulating and documenting well-formed user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Experience in owning products and working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day-to-day activities
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools
