As a Senior Personal Assistant, you will be a valuable support to leadership, provide administrative support, and proactively develop key partnerships in the vibrant Web3 industry..
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily work schedules and plan meetings for leaders.
Manage communication and ensure continuous flow of information between management and partners and external parties.
Perform and supervise professional administrative tasks such as document drafting, data management and report preparation.
Develop and maintain sustainable partnerships, seek and propose potential cooperation opportunities.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of partner projects, ensuring that goals and outcomes are successfully implemented.University degree or higher, with priority given to majors related to Business Administration, Finance,....
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an equivalent role, with experience working in the Web3/Blockchain industry.
Extensive understanding of the Web3 field and an existing network of partnerships.
Excellent organizational, time management and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels, from internal to partners and third parties.
Experience in project management and strategy implementation is an advantage.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.Salary: Negotiable according to ability
