What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will serve as a bridge between organisations seeking to recruit staff and professionals considering a career change. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal mutual fit by fully understanding the employer's business, their culture as well as the professional aspirations of the candidate. Your role will encompass managing the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing and selecting candidates, organising interviews, contributing to candidate reviews within your team, developing consultations for a vast network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.

• Professionally and effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Source, select, and evaluate candidate skills and experiences
• Coordinate and organise interviews with candidates
• Contribute to candidate review within your team and present high-quality candidates
• Develop and provide consultation to a vast network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and build positive, productive, enduring relationships

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will bring 3-5 years of professional experience in their relevant field of specialisation. They will have a determination to succeed (grit), resilience, pro-activeness, commercial acumen, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. They will also have an entrepreneurial spirit, be organised and driven with excellent attention to detail. Being an excellent team player who enjoys sharing information and building robust relationships is also key.
