- Market Development in Vietnam and Malaysia:
- Conduct research, analyze, and prepare reports on market demands, business trends, and customer behaviors in both countries.
- Develop market expansion plans, including:
- Strategies to approach potential customer groups.
- Building target customer lists and creating tailored engagement plans for each group.
- Represent the company in meetings with partners and clients in Vietnam and Malaysia.
- Participate in branding and implement marketing programs (offline and online) tailored to each market.
2. Team Management and Operations in Malaysia:
- Act as the main point of contact to supervise and support the existing team in Malaysia.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure all operations in Malaysia align with the company’s strategies and proceed on schedule.
3. Business Service Expansion and Optimization:
- Collaborate with departments to develop and launch new products/services.
- Assess the effectiveness of current services and propose upgrades or removal if unsuitable.
- Proactively seek strategic partnerships to enhance service value.
4. Business Operation and Management:
- Develop short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage budgets and optimize costs for business activities in both markets.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations in Vietnam and Malaysia, as well as internal company policies.
- Propose measures to improve work processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in operations management or business development, especially with international businesses or involving the Malaysian market.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience in managing remote teams and motivating staff.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (to Malaysia).
- Familiarity with culture, market, and business laws in Vietnam and Malaysia is a significant advantage.
