Job Objective
- Thorough understanding of the SCALA system (Materials Management System).
- Responsible for the accurate, timely receipt and strict accountability of all goods and services received by the hotel.
- Ensures the timely clearance of all freight from forwarders, customs clearance of inbound freight, and other activities required to ensure prompt delivery of imported materials to the hotel.
- Ensures proper documentation of all receiving activities, including local and imported materials.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all receipts into the Hotel’s computer system, including the daily reporting of all receiving activities to the Materials Manager and the Accounting Department.
- Ensures prompt processing all vendor credit requests and vendor credit memos, as well as the prompt return of rejected products to vendors.
- Ensures the security and maintenance of a clean and organized receiving area, including the receiving office, receiving dock, and adjoining areas.
- Assists in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensures all items received from the suppliers or contractors meet the Hotel requirements and specifications.
- Ensures the quantities of all items received are accurate to the purchase order.
- Ensures NO expired items or goods have been received from suppliers/ vendors.
- Work closely with storekeeping, issuing and commissary staff to ensure that inventory movement is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Strictly adheres to all policies with regard to the receiving/ issuing of items/ goods in the Hotel.
- Ensures the security and maintenance of a clean and orgnaized Ensures all items received from the suppliers or contractors meet the Hotel requirements and
- specifications.
- Ensures the quantities of all items received are accurate to the purchase order.
- Ensures NO expired items or goods have been received from suppliers/ vendors.
- Work closely with storekeeping, issuing and commissary staff to ensure that inventory movement is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Strictly adheres to all policies with regard to the receiving/ issuing of items/ goods in the Hotel.
- Ensures the security and maintenance of a clean and organized receiving area, including the Materials Office, receiving dock, Commissary and store areas
- Ability to work independently and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
- Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
- Have a complete understanding of food safety standards/ procedures.
- Experience in 5 stars Hotel as Material Officer - Receiving is a plus

Công ty TNHH Thiết bị Tự động hóa Kim khí Thăng Long được thành lập năm 2009, là một trong các Công ty dẫn đầu về sản xuất các sản phẩm công nghiệp, thiết bị công nghiệp uy tín tại Việt Nam. Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ thế mạnh của Kim khí Thăng Long gồm:
- Tư vấn thiết kế, sản xuất và lắp đặt các loại máy móc, hệ thống tự động;
- Gia công các loại đồ gá, jig, chi tiết máy, khuôn mẫu và chi tiết cơ khí chính xác;
- Sản xuất và cung cấp các loại giá kệ, xe đẩy hàng, bàn thao tác cho công nhân, tủ phòng sạch trong nhà máy sản xuất và lắp ráp.
- Cung cấp các loại nhôm định hình, nhôm hình, nhôm tấm, nhôm ống, nhôm tròn đặc, các khớp nối mềm, phụ kiện công nghiệp, phụ kiện ghép nối.
Kim Khí Thăng Long định hướng mở rộng hợp tác với các đối tác trong và ngoài nước, mở rộng quy mô sản xuất, phát triển các nguồn nhân lực lớn mạnh, cải tiến mẫu mã, chất lượng và giá thành của sản phẩm, vì lợi ích của khách hàng. Tập trung nguồn lực xây dựng cơ sở vật chất, đầu tư trang thiết bị máy móc , xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp với các chế độ đãi ngộ tốt cho toàn thể CBCNV trong Công ty. Trân trọng những thành quả đạt được và tiếp tục nỗ lực hơn nữa để đưa mái nhà chung Kim Khí Thăng Long lên một tầm cao mới trong những năm tiếp theo.
