As an ESG Auditor, you will bring expertise in various ESG standards and frameworks, leveraging your experience in implementing or maintaining these standards. Integrity and impartiality are essential as you evaluate risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with certification requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, performing preliminary assessments, and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to support their sustainability goals and initiatives.
Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate environmental performance, labor practices, corporate governance, and sustainability initiatives of client organizations.
Stay updated on global ESG standards, regulations, and best practices.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ESG compliance and performance.
Conduct ESG audits and assessments in compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, SBTi, ISO 14001, CBAM…).

Qualifications
To thrive in this role as an ESG Auditor at TR, you should meet the following criteria:

Hold a Bachelor&039;s degree (applied bachelor’s degree) with 2–3 years of experience in the ESG sector.
Possess strong analytical and solution- oriented skills.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor with a customer- focused approach
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Registration with APSCA is preferred.
Familiarity with auditing standards, such as BSCI, SMETA, or Higg FEM, is an advantage.
