A joining bonus amounting up to 55mil VND gross salary will be offered to candidates having at least 4 years of experience, and signing the offer during the period from August 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024 .

Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.
Manage small to medium projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies.
Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs
Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed.
Commit to project success and people development

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
Good at project management, people management and leadership
At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects
Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system
Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills

Nice to have

Certificate in Agile/ Scrum
