Job Summary
General Responsibilities

Manage and build rapport to different stakeholders in senior level
Monitor delivery schedule, guide customer on custom clearance
Provide reports on request
Achieve sales and gross margin targets
Meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer by cooperating with AE (Application Engineer), After sales and Sales Admin Department
Monitor the tender progress
Determine project cost and propose profit margin
Develop contract, negotiate contract terms and ensure contract terms meet company policies
Assess customer needs and potentials
Develop and implement strategy to acquire new customers as well as build and maintain positive relationship with existing customer to promote Engine sales
Provide technical consultants to Naval Architect, Contractors and Owners
Follow up payment schedule,
Co- ordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure that the project is progressing and finishing according to the
Ensure timeliness of order approval and that delivery schedule meets customer’s need

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Basic computer skill
English
Technical project sales
Familiar with basic financial metrics ( margin, Account Receivable ...)
Selling & Negotiation Skill
Project management and execution

Work Experience

Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
Familiar with products of marine segment (engines, genset,…)
4- 6 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales

Education
Graduated from Technical university (HCMUTE or HCMUT is preferable)
