1. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product goals and gather requirements.
• Manage a clear product roadmap and backlog, aligning with business priorities and customer insights.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Lead product discovery and MVP definition for internal systems (ERP, inventory, order workflows...).
• Oversee execution with the development team, ensure quality delivery, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate UAT, gather feedback, and iterate on product features.
• Drive operational efficiency in systems that support high-volume order processing.
• Balance between long-term strategy and hands-on product delivery in an agile environment.
• Support and take ownership of other product initiatives, contributing to broader company goals.

2. Your Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (B2B/B2C, ERP, or eCommerce domains is a strong advantage).
• Proficient in writing user stories, grooming the product backlog, and feature prioritization.
• Familiar with internal systems and workflows — such as ERP modules (inventory, supplier, order tracking), and automation logic.
• Experience in managing or supporting UAT, ensuring that product outputs meet business expectations.
• Ability to design basic UI/UX screens and user flows to support product planning and requirement clarification.
• Strong grasp of database design and data modeling (e.g., ERD) to define system structures and support business logic.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and proven ability to lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in English for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
• Programming and Testing experience is a plus - helpful for understanding technical constraints and collaborating efficiently with the development team.
