Mô tả công việc
• Consistent & reliable sales selling 8% of center’s target in contracts per month
• Assist in organizing and managing the ACs team’s meeting, training, coaching at weekly, monthly & quarterly.
• Train the team to be proficient in sales presentations & CFP follow up through with different customer and student’s types
• Motivate, lead and manage the team to achieve individual sales target & team’s sales target
• Ensure ACs are handled in an efficient, professional sales presentation with different customer’s types
• Evaluate the performance of the team, individual AC by monitoring KPI, coaching, and holding formal and informal monthly evaluations. Give appropriate praise and/ or reprimand.
• Expertly handle & manage poor & average performance AC to ensure the progression is taken place in performance management.
• Develop and conduct Senior ACs Leader’s training, team’s meeting, ACs Training at quarterly & annual plan with stay on track of implementation.
• Analyze key indicators to improve ACs Team’s performance by setting goals and targets with each AC & Senior AC, which go with specific action plan on how the AC need to achieve his/her sales target.
• Works with CFP management to ensure consistency growth of internal revenues
• Responsible for developing AC team’s strategic plans to ensure team’s targets are met and business objectives accomplished.
• Develops, oversees and implements sales initiatives in the team to ensure the ACs can accelerate well these tools to improve their performance reaching their target.
• Give feedbacks to CM for Center’s marketing plan, initiative center’s activities to build Center’s awareness to impress students.
• Coaching the ACs to take initiatives on their own to go with personal prospecting to generate more qualified shows.
• Act as the spokesperson for center’s event, presenter for center’s seminar presentation
• Leading ACs to organize logistics for center’s events
• Help come up with monthly internal marketing strategy and then assist in its planning, execution and follow up.

Essential Skills/Requirements:
• Sales & Sales Training experience of minimum of 3 years with in managerial level
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership/motivational skills, training skills to stimulate others through ideas and information

• Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

Du thuyền Essence Grand Superyacht (có tên đầy đủ là Essence Grand Ha Long Bay SuperYacht) sắp ra mắt (dự kiến tháng 10/2023) mang hơi thở của một resort đẳng cấp 6 sao giữa lòng di sản. Trải nghiệm Essence Grand Superyacht, du khách sẽ đắm mình vào vẻ đẹp tinh tế, hiện đại và vô cùng sang trọng của siêu phẩm hàng đầu trên Vịnh Hạ Long.
Với sứ mệnh bảo tồn di sản thiên nhiên và thúc đẩy du lịch bền vững, Du thuyền Essence Grand Hạ Long đã giới thiệu hành trình thân thiện với môi trường đầu tiên tại Việt Nam. Siêu du thuyền được trang bị hệ thống điều hòa không khí Chiller do Daikin sản xuất tại Nhật Bản, đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn siêu du thuyền quốc tế 5-6 sao. Khác với các hệ thống điều hòa truyền thống sử dụng gas để làm mát và thải khí nóng trực tiếp ra môi trường, hệ thống Chiller sử dụng môi trường làm mát (nước tuần hoàn qua các không gian cần làm mát) với nước biển làm môi trường tản nhiệt. Ngoài ra, du thuyền còn được trang bị hệ thống tách dầu-nước 15ppm của HAN YOUNG (Hàn Quốc) được chứng nhận bởi KR (Hàn Quốc) và VR (Việt Nam), đảm bảo xử lý dầu trong nước thải đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế. Thiết bị này tách dầu và nước, chứa dầu bẩn để xử lý đồng thời thải nước sạch ra môi trường.
Essence Grand Hạ Long Bay Cruise I là du thuyền duy nhất trên Vịnh Hạ Long sử dụng sơn cao cấp của International Paint (Hà Lan), với giá trị đầu tư cao gấp 3 đến 4 lần so với sơn thông thường. Loại sơn thân thiện với môi trường này có khả năng chống bám bẩn thông qua phương pháp tự đánh bóng, loại bỏ việc sử dụng các hóa chất độc hại thải ra môi trường nước và được các nước phát triển và IMO chấp thuận. Ngoài ra, quy trình sơn tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn PSPC (Tiêu chuẩn Hiệu suất cho Lớp phủ Bảo vệ), kéo dài độ bền của sơn trong hơn 15 năm, bảo vệ thân tàu và các kết cấu thép bên trong khỏi bị ăn mòn bởi nước biển, do đó tăng tuổi thọ của du thuyền, giảm nhu cầu về sơn lại, hạn chế tối đa việc thải sơn cũ ra môi trường, góp phần bảo vệ môi trường biển và đất liền xung quanh các nhà máy đóng tàu.
