Job Summary

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads;
• Develop corporate and government accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams;
• Negotiate room rates/packages with local corporate clients and government;
• Recognize and execute opportunities for Hilton Honors as well as other hotel incentives programmers
• Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions;
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities;
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs;
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of Director of Sales and senior management, including appointments, calls made and business leads;
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner;;
• Assist the Head of department with recruiting, managing, training and developing the Team Members;
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

A Sales Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Experience: 2–3 years of corporate sales experience in luxury hotels.
• Sales Performance: Proven track record of successfully closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, corporate sales strategies, and market trends
• Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to secure high-value contracts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel for business as required.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to sales strategies.
