As an Assistant Training Manager, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework. Specifically, a Training Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Support departments in developing cutting edge functional excellence and in developing leadership capabilities;
• Act as a change catalyst in the cultural and organizational transformation of the Hotel;
• Provide key input of Training aspects for all activities and plans of the Hotel;
• Support individual and team development, career development, and training and experience-based learning;
• Induct, coach, and mentor new Team Members;
• Manage the training budget effectively and coordinate external training providers when required.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and audit requirements related to training and people development.
• Interact with Hotel leaders responsible for people development on a daily basis to provide support to operational departments;
• Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions;
• Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department;
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the Hotel;
• Manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process;
• Support managers to ensure success of their teams;
• Work with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry;
• Support day to day operations in Human Resources and assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hotel strategy, including coaching and counseling recruits, and hiring and retaining the best employees.

• Plan and execute team member engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, internal events, and cultural activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Promote Team member recognition programs and initiatives that reinforce service excellence and brand values.
• Support talent development and retention strategies by identifying high-potential team members and partnering with department leaders on succession planning and Career Development Plans.
• Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline and career development framework.
• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing continuous learning and engagement across the organization.
• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management.
