1. HR Training: Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress. Use data to continuously improve strategies and demonstrate the value of engagement efforts. Research and learn about current trends and best practices in employee engagement to ensure program effectiveness. 3.
