Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and handle their inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Develop tailor-made tour itineraries based on client requests.
• Advise on itinerary adjustments to meet client preferences and budget.
• Prepare detailed tour programs and quotations.
• Collaborate with the operation and accounting departments to ensure tour execution and trip cost.
• Work with operation team and tour guides in resolving issues during tours.
• Maintain relationships with B2B agencies.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• College or university degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, International Trade, or International Economics.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of tourism products, itineraries, destinations, and travel experiences.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, cooperative, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
