Qualifications and Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Director or Specialist role in a company with 300 or more employees.Language: Proficiency in English.Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Logistics industry.2. Knowledge:HR Systems: In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.Labor Law: Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.Preferred: Candidates with knowledge or experience in developing KPIs, OKRs, BSCs, 3Ps...3.
