Ensure that Maia HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved

Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration 

Manage the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT, and company policies

Monitor and evaluate HR effectiveness, propose improvements in policies and processes.

Manage employee records, labor contracts, and assist in handle related HR issues.

Support the HR Director in developing HR strategies and team development.

Prepare periodic HR reports and perform other assigned tasks.

Work in a friendly, dynamic and professional environment.

Meals during shift.

Working time: 5days/week.

12 days of paid annual leave.

Uniform and laundry service provided.

Salary and service charge on the last day of each month.

Shuttle bus from Quy Nhon City.
