 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for both corporate and FIT segments.

 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the FIT segment to achieve revenue goals.

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

 Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and independent travelers.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and materials aimed at attracting FIT clients.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FIT segments.

 Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to potential clients.

 Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.

 Develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.

 Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

 Ensure that the results of the site inspections carried out by their team are reported to the hotel’s Director of Sales.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

 Analyze historical data and market trends to optimize pricing and yield management strategies.

 Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

 Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.

• University Degree in Tourism, Business.
• English - Good level, written & spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
• At least one year experience in similar position in international hotel.
