1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

• To ensure that the reservation team handles all reservation requests promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring that all required information be secured to provide maximum Guest Satisfaction.

• To assist the Director of Revenue in maximizing revenue and meeting goals for guest satisfaction.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club. Keeping up to date on all promotions.

2. Be fully aware at all times of the Selling Strategy, rates and booking status of the Hotel.

3. To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

4. Effectively organize the workflow in the Reservations office.

5. Fully understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and procedures.

6. Opera configuration management.

7. Creation of accurate reports in the PMS requested by management.

8. Be fully competent in Inventory management, ensuring that Inventory is maintained regularly.

9. Be fully aware of and adhere to all the Hotels Safety & Security policies.

10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

11. Have a reasonable understanding of the Front Office and Sales Office operations.

12. Ensure that the Reservations Office is kept clean and tidy at all times.

13. Perform any reasonable task as requested by Management.

Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management; University Degree

Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken

English - Good level, written & spoken

Any other languages will be an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel, Proficiency in Opera System, Knowledge on Yield and Revenue Management Systems, Analytical skills.

At least 3 years in international hotels in the same position.
