1. Deploying consulting activities and providing solutions to the Private Customer, including:
- Receiveand implement KPIs in each period. Focusing on care, consulting, providing investment solutions,bespokes service and managing the assigned Private customer portfolio
- Directly receive and understand client needs & objectives; offer clients range of suitable banking / investment products by to be partner with expert team (i.e., Investment councellor & product specialist) to provide expert guidance and holistic solutions and provide clients with regular market and product updates
- Directly receive and connect with the Private Segment Department and/or partners to support customers and their families to receive advisory/ services (i.e., health care concierge, lifestyle concierge, education, residence and citizenship, tax consulting, financial/wealth planning, other bespokes services)
- Maintain customer care activities, helping customers stay loyal to the bank. At the same time, give appropriate initiatives/suggestions in customer care and service to help customers feel satisfied
- Suggest and/or recommend to Sale director and Private segment on how to develop Private customer groups. Proactively seek and build relationships with Private customers to grow the portfolio. Link partners with Private customer portfolio to have a regular source of customer referrals.
2. Coordinate with relevant units to consult, implement service and sales activities
- Collaborate with hub / branch personnel to provide clients with exceptional service for their banking / other needs (e.g., Coordinate with customer service team to support customers with transactions such as opening cards, withdrawing money, depositing money; provide bespokes services at customers’ request).
- Coordinate with HO units (Production and Consulting Department, Private Segment, Bancas Department,..) to ly provide specific products related to customers
- Coordinate with other relevant units (operations, risk,...) in submitting card opening documents, supporting opening savings books for customers, etc…
- Responsible for the guidance and the development of Junior and/or Assistant RMs
3. Training and comply with sales implementation activities:
- Fullyparticipate in internal training/coaching programs or implemented by the Head Office
- Participate in meetings, report and comply with sales implementation activities at the unitaccording to the direction of direct managers
- Embracing new processes and product initiatives; Supporting event and marketingactivities apply for clients.
- Comply with bank and legal regulatoryrequirements; ensure complete and fulfill KYC, call reports and documentations at request.

1. Educational Qualifications
- University degreeor higher degree in one of the following majors: Banking, finance, business administration, investment,insurance, real estate, securities or other related majors
- Candidates who have graduated from abroad and have experience inthe managing relationship with priority customer and ultra/high-net-worth customer will be stronglypreferred
- Have CFA, CPA, FRM, ACCA, CPWA will be big advantage
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Possessesextensive knowledge in the fields of finance, banking, market economy, investment, insurance, real estate,securities, financial markets... and related legal principles and regulations knowledge.
- Understanding of legal documents related to organization, banking activities, and finance in general
- Understanding of financial - banking products and services, specializedservices for priority customers and priority/HNW/UHNW individual customers
- Understandingcultural, social, art, picture, well-being, etc…
3. Skills
- Very good inter-personal skills, open andapproachable
- Good in caringpriority/HNW/UHNW customer, building relationships and developing priority/HNW/UHNW individualcustomer network
- Passionate about client service
- Possesses good judgement and ability towork under pressure
- Displays genuine interest inpeople and polite to all levels of people
- High team work spirit
- Persistent and persuasive
4. Relevant Experience
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, high-end real estate, investment, etc…
- Atleast 02 years of experience managing and serving priority/HNW/UHNW individuals customers in thefields of finance/banking/investment/insurance/travel/hotel/real estate/stock/financial investment, etc…
