Join our Cloud Consulting Services team, which is responsible for supporting the app teams in automating and streamlining the provisioning of Iaas, Paas and Database services across Azure, AWS. We embrace an Agile mindset, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. As part of this role, you will work within Scrum practices, play a key part in risk, and change management processes to deliver high-quality cloud solutions efficiently and effectively. Our goal is providing a seamless multi-cloud experience, enabling the application teams to adopt cloud technologies efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards

Key Responsibilities

1/ Cloud Infrastructure Development:

• Design, develop, provision, and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Ensure automated infrastructure provisioning for Azure, AWS Environments complies with NAB standards and security controls.
• Performance regular patching, update, and security assessments on current project.

2/ Database Services Management:

• Provision and maintain cloud-based database services such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL DB Flexi, AWS RDS…
• Perform regular security assessments and updates on database services
• Collaborate with database administrators to implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability

3/ Agile and Scrum Practices:

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Foster and Agile mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning and iterative delivery
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and Engineer Manager to ensure project timelines, goals and deliverables are met.

4/ Risk and Chang management:

• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with cloud Infrastructure and database operations
• Proactively plan and implement changes to cloud environments, minimizing disruptions and ensuring business continuity
• Maintain documentation and communication channels to track and address change impacts effectively

5/ Security and Compliance:

• Conduct Security reviews and vulnerability assessment for cloud resources, including database
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements for cloud-hosted resources and data

6/Operational Excellence:

• Monitor, Patch, and resolve defect in IaC environments
• Create documentation and processes for effective management of cloud and database resources
• Collaborate across teams to align cloud infrastructure with business goals and IT strategies

7/ Innovation and Collaboration:

• Keep pace with emerging cloud technologies and market trends
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate security, networking, and architecture requirements into the service delivery lifecycle

Skills and Experience - Required:

• 4+ years - Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS resources
• Proficiency in Terraform (Open-source and enterprise) for IaC development
• Experience with database platform like Azure SQL, PostgreSQL Flexi, AWS RDS, or similar services
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and their administration
• Strong awareness of hardware systems, including servers, storage and networking, DNS devices / services.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as VNET / VPC, Routing, firewalls, ExpressRoute, any subjects related to networking on cloud
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (e.g., Rally, Confluence, Jira, or similar tools) and experience working in Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of risk and change management principles and their application in cloud environments
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using tools like Git, Terraform, Bash Shell, PowerShell, Python
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and service management principles
• Understanding about CI/CD Concept
• A collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate, ensuring clear communication in an international working environment.

Skills and Experience - Nice to have:

• Understanding / Hands-on of Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands on experience with CICD platform like Harness, Jenkins or similar platform.
