Mô tả Công việc
· Research and analyze the market information like trend, customer needs and competitors, etc.
· Consider specification, price, channel, and sales plan, etc.
· Check technical regulation, intellectual property, procurement, and quality control, etc. with related members.
· Discuss and decide details about products with wide variety of stakeholders like R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Japan & Overseas, etc.
· Summarize all contents according to internal planning requirements.
· Follow up development steps.
· Follow up sales results, find out the reason that affect the sales result (if any) and consider countermeasures. As necessary, propose, discuss, and decide the model discontinuation.
· Discuss and decide standardization ideas.
· Prepare, maintain, and manage internal documents.
· Manage sample inventory.
· Manage product planning meeting.
· Comply with company regulations.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Education: University/ College/ Vocational School
· Have knowledge of Marketing Framework – PEST, SWOT, 3C, 4P etc.
· Language: Business English.
· Have 1-2 years of experience in Engineering or Marketing field.
· Be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.)
· Communication skill, organizational skill, analytical and problem-solving skills.
