Mô Tả Công Việc
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, FSC, OHS, and UN Management Systems.
• Lead internal and external audits, addressing non-conformances.
• Evaluate and update quality standards based on customer requirements.
• Manage continuous improvement, handle customer complaints, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare management review reports and meet/exceed Quality KPIs.
• Implement flow improvements, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal teams for ongoing improvement efforts.
• Administer the Master Control document control system.
• Perform daily QA activities and manage the quality assurance team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and ISO 14001/ISO 9001.
• Experience in Lean practices and QC Story is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus
