- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
- Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality.
- Manage Maintenance Technicians by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.
- Lead the procedure related to control the software and industrial network security for all automation system at factory.
- Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs.
- Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance (such as working with automation service provider/ experts to perform the remote service).
- Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.
- Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately.
- Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.
- Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate with technical background in Automation/Electrical.
- At least 8 years of experience in the related fields/ industries and having experience on working with foreign invested companies is preferable.
- Knowledge and experience on Electrical power supply/SCADA/PLCs/Inverter/Servo/Loadcell/ISO/5S/CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system)/ HSEQ (Health-Safety-Environment-Quality) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good problem-solving skills and familiar with using tools to find root causes such as fishbone and 05 why.
- High level of ownership, initiative, responsibility, strong integrity, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Desire to learn and ability to work under high pressure.
- Proactive approach and result focus.
- Quick adaptability to a dynamic, professional, and changing environment.
