● Support in Engagement Compliance Review (ECR), KPIs testing, Engagement Quality Review (EQR), Business Unit Review (BU Review)
● Organize, attend and take minutes for monthly/weekly huddle meetings with MYVN team and other meetings.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness in information and data for Global Archer reports and other MYVN reports (RAF)
● Arrange logistics and support in RISQ Week Trainings and workshop, draft newsletters, comms
● Support consultation on RISQ related matters for Tax Legal Services.
● Support consultation on Technology Risk Framework (TRF) and help to monitor the TRF process.
● Update policy, guidance, checklists in accordance with Global requirements (as when required).
● Update contract templates and other templates (as when required)
● Maintain MYVN RISQ Microsite and TRF (digital system) on a timely basis.
● Attend Global calls and trainings (as when needed)
Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor Degree in Tax/ Audit / Finance/ Risk Management or other relevant degree
● Have a positive working attitude, strong attention to details and careful attention.
● Ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel and stakeholders in English.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Experience in Risk Management and Digital is preferrable.
● Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets & slides and other Digital tools
● Ability to handle pressure and flexibility to change accordingly.
