We're Hiring: Middle/Senior Backend Engineer

Are you a passionate Backend Engineer looking to make a significant impact? qode.world is seeking a skilled Middle/Senior Backend Engineer to join the dynamic team in Hanoi.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and Celery.
• Collaborate closely with talented frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences and innovative features.
• Drive performance optimization and ensure the scalability of our systems to meet growing demands.
• Champion best practices in software development, including writing clean, maintainable code, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing robust security measures.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously explore new technologies to enhance our platform.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Celery is essential.
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, and strong communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
