1. Operations Management:

· Ensure smooth and efficient workflows across Air Freight operations

· Oversee accurate handling, filing and maintenance of all essential air freight operational documents.

· Monitor and support the month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

2. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

· Provide direct support to clients and ensure high service standards, escalation point for service problems

· Collaborate with Regional Product Team to align local execution with global product strategy.

· Report operational challenges or inefficiencies to management and propose improvement actions.

3. Performance and Process Improvement:

· Facilitate continuous improvement and training within AFR department.

· Implement and follow-up Air Freight KPIs to ensure service-level excellence.

· Drive productivity and performance improvement within the Air Freight team.

· Review negative files, flag discrepancies and escalate significant issues to management.

4. Financial & Administrative Oversight:

· Ensure that payable and receivable documents are completed accurately and forwarded to all branches (AR &AP).

· Ensure all finance-related documentation is properly processed and compliant with internal procedures, e.g. IATA CASS.

5. Other Responsibilities:

Any additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Computer literacy, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Existing relationships with carriers and airport terminals.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English and Vietnamese
• Have good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
