- Manage lab operations including fabric/ garment physical test (denim product), shrinkage/ shade test, waste water test, and chemical testing.
- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes, and resources, to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory.
- Understand client request/instructions on test requirement(s).
- Review testing data and approve test reports.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment.
- Ensure adequate resources in terms of equipment, manpower, and technical supplies to achieve quality objectives.
- Training the team for new test and capability development.
