GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role of the Procurement Buyer is to ensure that all required material are met in the most appropriate, timely and cost effective fashion. The Procurement Buyer will be expected to specialize in import trade terms, worldwide in overseas supplier experience and be able to assist other departments, (e.g. Production,PM, R&D, Design etc…), in identifying and assessing potential initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
Main responsibility:
- Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in strict accordance with ScanCom business principles
- Actively seek out and assess new potential suppliers, by attending trade fairs, conventions, desk top research etc…
- Ensure that all associated documentation is collated, checked, approved by the relevant signatory and promptly passed to Finance in order to facilitate timely and full payment to suppliers.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of local suppliers and constantly benchmark prices and performance of existing suppliers against market competitors
- Every effort should be made to ensure that, at all times, the contract terms and conditions are the most favourable to Scancom VietNam as is possible.
- Ensure blanket contracts are in place with all key suppliers such that daily production requirements can be called off against this contract
- Work closely with internal clients to ensure that all requirements and specifications are clearly understood by both parties and that client acceptance is obtained where appropriate before finalizing purchase contract.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor Degree major in International Bussiness, Economics, Business Administration, English or Similar fields
- Experience in purchasing for production
- Wide experience in production
* Important requirement:
- Communication in English at intermediate level
- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management.
- Fluently in speaking and writing Vietnamese and English.
- Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Excel
- Systematically approach thinking
- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth

• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 10 đến lớp 12 là 500.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 1 đến lớp 9 là 200.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
• Tiền hỗ trợ cặp sách từ lớp 1 đến lớp 12 là 150.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
• Tổng tiền thưởng khuyến khích cuối năm và đầu năm Tết Âm Lịch 1.250.000 đồng (nếu đạt yêu cầu)
