• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to food safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Maintain food quality and standards:
• Oversee food preparation and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor food storage and handling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
• Conduct regular food tastings and menu reviews

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Handle customer interactions with a positive and friendly demeanor
• Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and create a memorable dining experience

• Track food and beverage costs to minimize expenses and maximize profitability
• Prepare daily sales reports and analyze revenue trends
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies

• Stay up-to-date on all applicable health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular sanitation checks and maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant environment
• Train staff on proper food handling and safety procedures

• Foster a team-oriented and collaborative atmosphere among staff members

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred

• 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of restaurant staff
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is a plus
