*SERVICE PROVIDING MANAGEMENT (80%)
Manage and Improve Quality data control.
- Monitor, implement, and assess the Quality tracking system/ Quality audit system
- Manage Quality dashboard and Quality spreadsheet master.
- Collect and monitor Quality data reports to identify the trends and coordinate with department heads to improve the service’s quality

Develop and manage Document System
- Develop and manage documented information systems for all departments including front and back offices.
- Provide training about the document system’s structure, internal website structure
- Work closely with the department to develop the implementation including but not limited to backbone processes, procedures, working instruction, etc.
- Administrate the documented information system to ensure consistency.
- Review and improve the system to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness of the system

Audit partner
- Conduct the internal audit within the Viet Nam office.
- Be a partner with Home Office in managing the branch’s internal quality audit program.
- Support to organize and facilitate the external audit of the VN office

Manage Quality Management System (QMS) for the VN office.
- Monitor, implement, and assess the quality tracking system for the services.
- Conduct the audit and management review meetings to evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
- Conduct training programs to improve awareness about related International Organization for
-Standardization requirements (like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001) and the continuous improvement mindset.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL CONTROL (20%)
- Support in implementing the weekly /monthly team reports including but not limited: quantity, quality, special projects, compliments, complaints, etc. as requested to ensure the accuracy of the annual reviewing.
- Participate in technical training, engagement, and career orientation program.
- Review and enhance the team’s current processes.
- Comply with the company policies, training programs, and meetings upon request.
