• Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the T&C department;
• Assist in maintaining HR records, filing systems, and updating staff profiles;
• Support data entry related to salary adjustments on Cadena (when required);
• Assist the C&B function such as managing records of personal income tax, family tax reduction, and casual staff payroll, and coordinate reports to the Manager/Director of T&C;
• Support the preparation and submission of periodic reports on social & health insurance to labor authorities;
• Assist with documentation for business visas, work permits, and resident cards for expatriates;
• Maintain records of uniforms, nametags, leave applications, training participation, and other HR documentation;
• Prepare memos, letters, and documents as assigned, and help track them using internal coding systems;
• Support office supply stock maintenance and other clerical duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related fields;
• Previous working experience in the hotel industry, especially in a luxury hotel environment, is preferred;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva; knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus;
• Demonstrates a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with strong business acumen;
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and shows a positive, cooperative working attitude;
• Honest, sincere, and highly dedicated to assigned responsibilities;
• Willing to learn, grow, and commit to long-term development within the organization.
