SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the Corporate Supply Chain functions and facilitating management of the extended partners within Summit’s supply chain. Using standardized systems and documents, this position will assist in the management of Supply Chain Systems and data as well as serve as the primary responsible person for the maintenance of customer systems as they relate to Summit Supply Chain Management.

· Primary point of contact for the Management of Duty and Tariff Reimbursement programs

· Compiles import documents such as commercial invoices and US Form 7501 declarations for use in customer claims

· Inputs part claim data into customer formats from compiled data

· Tracks claim submission detail by plant, supplier, product, and OEM

· Tracks customer and supplier submissions, provides feedback and corrections to submissions when required, and logs incoming and outgoing payments for accounting distribution

· Distributes import license numbers to Summit brokers and suppliers for use in imported goods.

· Tracks the usage and remaining balance for import licenses to ensure proper allocation

· Other duties relating to the processing of import costs as required

· Assist in the support and communication of request for quotation to support new or existing programs.

· Order product from suppliers, issue Purchase Orders, and track the receipt of product.

· Support the management of accurate data within Purchasing systems

· Support supplier communications for requirements and surveys and track results.

· Complete other projects as assigned to improve effectiveness or efficiency of processes.

· Other Tasks and duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Supply Chain or Business Management educational background is desired.  Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or another Business Administration role is preferred.

· Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices. 

· High level of aptitude and ability to collaborate with others in a group to achieve a common goal.

· 90% English language competency

· Medium to high level of profieciency in data tools such as Excel

· Moderate level of General Financial Acumen
