Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Front Desk are always available and are carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy.
Establish an efficient method of communication for the coordination of all Departments, with particular emphasis on the interaction between the Front Office, Leasing, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security departments.
Assist the Housekeeping Resident Manager with information relating to Tenant apartments and requests.
Ensure that all new Tenants for the day match the necessary accommodation, and that all apartments are pre-allocated accordingly.
Do up monthly tenant consumption reports of Electricity, (Gas), Newspapers and Water
Control cash and float.
Conduct regular Front Office meetings and briefings to keep employees informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and tenant comments.
Advise management and needed employees of the updated Tenant status for their reference.
Conduct training courses for new employees and regular “refresher” courses for existing employees.

Fluently English speaking skills
Have a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred..
Previous experience in Front Office operations
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
