As an Engineering Manager{{:}}

You are responsible for building a remote team of engineers by hiring, managing, coaching, career development and performance review.
You are responsible for architecture, design and practices.
You will collaborate with colleagues in design, product and engineering for timely and high quality delivery.
You will help your team to facilitate making decisions and remove roadblocks.
You will foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture.
We are a multinational company, you will work with international colleagues around the world

Requirements

You're the hero we're looking for if you{{:}}

Have proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in software engineering, including experience as a Back-End or Full-Stack Software Development Engineer
Are a polyglot with the ability to cross over different technical stacks and manage teams working across stacks
Have strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Are passionate about building and leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and mentoring engineers to achieve their career goals
Respect and challenge your peers and team members while welcoming being challenged
Have experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
Possess strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple initiatives
Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions, viewing changes as opportunities to add structure and order when necessary
Have experience in or willingness to learn Ruby, Python, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working with LLM (Large Language Model) technologies
Experience in database design and performance tuning
Experience working in modular monoliths and microservice architectures
Experience in cloud-native architectures

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1979, Tổng công ty Xây dựng số 1 được thành lập ra đời với vai trò là nhà thầu phụ.
Giai đoạn từ 1985 đến 1898, công ty mở rộng phạm vi hoạt động sang kinh doanh, sản xuất và xuất nhập khẩu các VLXD.
Năm 1990, Công ty được xếp hạng Tổng công ty Xây dựng số 1.
Năm 1992, công ty là đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn đầu tư và thiết kế xây dựng bất động sản.
Năm 1996, công ty lần đầu đăng ký kinh doanh với số ĐKKD: 103392 theo quyết định thành lập lại số 995/BXD- TCLD của Bộ trưởng Bộ Xây Dựng năm 1995.
Năm 2001,Công ty CC1 phát triển sâu vào lĩnh vực bất động sản, bao gồm đầu tư và kinh doanh khách sạn, du lịch, dịch vụ vui chơi giải trí, thi công xây lắp đường dây và trạm biến áp điện đến 500KW và đầu tư KD văn phòng, căn hộ. Ngoài ra giai đoạn này, công ty còn đưa lao động và chuyên gia Việt Nam đi làm việc có thời hạn ở nước ngoài
Năm 2002, thêm lĩnh vực hoạt động ngành công nghệ bao gồm xây dựng nhà máy thủy điện, kinh doanh điện, khai thác cảng biển.
Năm 2010, Chuyển công ty mẹ - Tổng công ty Xây dựng số 1 thành Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên theo quyết định số 617/QĐ - BXD của Bộ Xây Dựng ngày 10/06/2010
Năm 2016, Tái cấu trúc Tổng công ty xây dựng số 1 và cổ phần hoá thành Tổng Công ty xây dựng số 1 - Công ty cổ phần
Năm 2020, bộ xây dựng chuyển nhượng toàn bộ vốn Nhà Nước tại Tổng công ty xây dựng số 1
