Job Description:
As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, supporting various aspects of HR operations and administration. Your role will primarily focus on providing assistance in HR projects, programs, and initiatives, and gaining exposure to different areas within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and documentation. - - Support in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
- Employee Relations: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist in organizing events, and participate in the development of programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Training and Development: Aid in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities. Help in managing training materials and coordinating training logistics.
- HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects such as HR policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other HR-related programs.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring HR processes and practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
