Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for the full set of accounting in the Misa system or ERP system of customers including revenue, expense, payroll, and the intercompany AP/AR, etc. Ensure complete and accurate bookkeeping of all transactions, review the supporting documents attached to each transaction, and make sure all transactions tally with Vietnam tax & accounting laws as well as the company's internal control policy.
• Complete monthly accounting close timely.
• Review the financial reports prepared by PIC and ensure that all tax risks are communicated to clients in a timely manner.
• Review of monthly/Quarterly Financial Statements;
• Review of tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT);
• Manage client relationships, identify risk and provide client with advice relating to accounting and taxation matter.
• Deal with the monthly tax filling and annual CIT filling, follow up on the company license renewal when needed, deal with HR document filling that is required by the social insurance bureau as needed, be knowledgeable in PIT, and be able to answer queries about PIT from the office staff.
• Work with the external auditor to complete the financial statement audit in a timely, support the group finance on the group consolidated financial audit for providing documents related to DSA VN, and support group CFO to complete the internal control audit when needed.
• Ad hoc jobs assigned by the Manager.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirement ("All of the followings shall be met")
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably related to "accounting/ audit firm".
• A university degree in accounting or auditing would be preferable.
• CPA/ APC would be preferable.
• Familiarity with ERP such as Odoo or Microsoft Dynamic or financial software use/ implementation and flexibility to digitalize processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good command of accounting software (AMIS, XERO,) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Must be proactive, analytical, meticulous, organized, and reliable.
• Experience in accounting, and taxation is preferable.
• Good EXCEL skills and familiarity with data analysis.
